1. About Siddhartha
Siddhartha is a mobile application providing audio stories from Buddhist traditions and scriptures, designed for sleep, relaxation, and spiritual connection, intended for entertainment and educational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
The app is available to users of all ages. Users represent they have legal capacity to agree to these terms, or if minors, that a parent or guardian has agreed on their behalf.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security. Account deletion removes personal data per the Privacy Policy, though backups may retain data for up to 90 days.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring basis through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Auto-renewal requires disabling 24 hours before billing period ends.
- Deleting the app or account does not cancel subscriptions.
- All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are subject to their respective refund policies.
5. Content
All content is owned by Valtrium, LLC. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. Prohibited actions include downloading, copying, distributing, modifying, or commercial use.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the app unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, reverse engineer, or use automated data collection.
7. Disclaimers
- The content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Content is for educational and entertainment purposes only and not authoritative spiritual guidance.
- The app is provided “as is” without warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Valtrium, LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is capped at the greater of $50 or amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Users may stop using the app anytime or delete accounts through settings. Valtrium reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
Valtrium may update terms with notification through the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
11. Governing Law
Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes are resolved exclusively in Delaware state or federal courts.

13. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be limited or eliminated minimally while keeping the remainder in effect.

These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between users and Valtrium, LLC.
